Conditions of Entry and Rules and Regulations for the StarWalk

• Everyone must register to take part by filling in a Registration Form in advance. All entries will be processed in the order we receive them. The deadline for booking is 7th May 2013 - NB: YOU CANNOT REGISTER ON THE NIGHT
• Places are limited, if you want to participate with friends or in a group please secure your places by sending in your entries together.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for participants is 12 years for the 10K Event and 8 years for the 5K.
• All applicants enter entirely at their own risk and CancerCare will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as part of their participation.
• Photographs will be taken during the event and used to promote The StarWalk
• A payment must be received with every entry. If paying for an individual by cheque, please put their name on the back of the cheque and attach to the Registration Form. If a company, or one individual, is sending one cheque for a group, please attach a list of names to the cheque and send with the batch of Registration Forms. Please do not send cash in the post.
• Your registration fee secures your place and is not refundable.
• If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible. You must not 'give' your place to anyone else, but you can ask us to transfer it.

It is important that you return the sponsorship form we will send you. Please return along with the sponsor money by 9th August 2013 at the latest to:

• We regret that dogs are not able to take part in the StarWalk.
